Over time I became the person in my friend group that others turned to for support and guidance. In order to better help my community and share what i’ve learned, I am offering one-on-one coaching through Zoom or In-Person to help guide you in areas of:

I will help keep you accountable as we set goals together to improve the overall quality of your life.

Price is based on hour-long meetings, recommended once every week or every other week.
